Adaptive strength and conditioning workouts designed to improve functional movements.

 

Charm City Folk utilizes a number of strongman style workouts. Functional fitness is central to this training style.

 

Our workouts include battle rope, sandbag carries, medicine balls sled pushes, kettle bells, dumbbells and barbells. The movements simulate those we encounter in daily life: pulling, twisting, jerking, maintaining balance, etc. These full-body workouts provide clients with an awesome yet challenging experience that we have designed to be most beneficial.

We also provide a robust virtual exercise program that requires little to no equipment. Through our programs, clients will lose weight, build strength, ambulate, and correct posture. Also, every exercise can be adapted to staff workers so that both clients and their trusted staff can bond and become healthy together.
